Casamento / Acasalamento
Reinam na cabeça das pessoas enormes confusões.
O tema do “ casamento” entre pessoas do mesmo sexo tem sido um tema a que tenho fugido. Sempre tentei compreender a luta das pessoas por direitos, todavia, parece-me haver aqui confusão entre conceitos.
Que cada um faça da sua vida o que quiser, que cada um viva com quem quiser, faça sexo com quem e como quiser, de acordo. Outra coisa é o casamento.
O casamento não é acasalamento. Acasalamento é do foro pessoa e, por isso, livre. O casamento é uma “instituição” social, implica regras que vão desde direitos a norma educacionais.
Por definição, o casamento não pode existir entre pessoas do mesmo sexo, por muitas liberdades que lhe respeitemos.
Sei que virão muitos “ inteligentes” atacar esta ideia, vem chamar-me retrógrado, dizer que não sou coerente, que não sou moderno, que noutros países mais evoluídos já existe, sei lá!
Eu fico na minha.
Respeito as liberdades, mas elas têm limites.

Para mim, a liberdade só tem limites quando esbarra na fronteira da liberdade dos outros. E aqui não me parece que esteja a interferir na liberdade de terceiros.
Coloco em causa a inconstitucionalidade do que vem no código civil sobre a discriminação sexual, ao dizer que apenas é para pessoas do mesmo sexo, mas não sei quais os argumentos que o advogado poderá apresentar. Sim, a constituição diz que não pode existir discrimnação em razão do sexo, mas não sei se poderemos afirmar com todas as letras que ali haverá discriminação - gostava de «ouvir» os fundamentos dele.
No entanto, sou a favor de que as pessoas tenham o direito de opção, tenham a possibilidade de garantir os mesmos direitos.
Então, se não podem casar, pelo menos que tenham os mesmos direitos como se de casados se tratassem. ;-)
E pronto, discordei. Não me considero mais «inteligente», apenas me considero alguém com a minha própria opinião - e também não te chamo retrógado nem dessas coisas ;-)
